Overview and Scope

The Bonus Rules govern all bonus offers available to players on M9win, including casino, sports, no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets, and any special promotions. They supplement and, where inconsistent, supersede separate promotional terms. By engaging with any bonus, the player agrees to these Rules and to comply with the General Terms of Use and any Promoter-specific terms that accompany the offer.

Eligibility, Account Identity, and Prohibited Conduct

• Bonuses are granted to individual players and are non-transferable. A single person may hold one active account, one residential address, one email address, one payment method, and one device for bonus purposes, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• The Company may refuse or withdraw a bonus from any player or group of players at its sole discretion, including for suspected bonus abuse or non-compliance with these Rules or the General Terms of Use.
• Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before receiving certain bonuses or withdrawals. The Company reserves the right to request documentation such as government-issued ID and proof of address as part of the verification process.
• Bonus eligibility may be restricted by jurisdiction. Some territories may be excluded from participation in promotions or bonus awards. Players must ensure their eligibility before accepting any offer.

Activation, Opt-In, and Deposit Requirements

To activate a bonus, players must opt in or select the offer in the Wallet or Bonus section prior to making a qualifying deposit unless the offer specifies no deposit activation. Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Expiry, Forfeiture, and Cancellation

Betting Limits and Wager Restrictions

If a bet exceeds the stated limit, the portion exceeding the limit will not count toward wagering requirements, and the related winnings may be forfeited. No Deposit Bonuses and Their Cash-Out Caps

No deposit bonuses are offered without an initial deposit. Winnings derived from no deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum cash-out limit, and some countries or accounts may be excluded from no deposit offers. The standard maximum payout from no deposit bonuses is capped at a defined amount (for example, 150 currency units), unless the individual offer states a different cap. The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Examples of conduct that may trigger investigation and potential forfeiture include, but are not limited to:

• Collusion or use of proxy networks to circumvent promotional restrictions;
• Withholding or delaying bets or rounds in an attempt to bypass wagering requirements;

Where bonus abuse is detected or suspected, the Company may cancel bonuses, confiscate winnings, or close the player’s account, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to withhold promotional funds and to reverse any transactions arising from suspected abuse.

When wagering requirements are fully met, the portion of bonus funds eligible for withdrawal is transferred to the real balance and may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal policies. If a player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus amount, any associated winnings, and related wagering progress may be deducted from the account balance. No withdrawal of funds funded solely by bonus money occurs until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

All players are subject to AML checks and KYC procedures. The Company may request documentation at any time and may suspend or terminate bonuses or withdrawals pending verification. The Company reserves the right to audit wagering activity and to void bonuses or winnings if irregular or fraudulent activity is detected or suspected.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Changes apply to new bonuses and, unless required by law, do not affect active bonuses that were granted prior to the change.
